My PhD thesis work is on sex-specific mechanisms of depression in striatal brain regions and glial mechanisms of cannabinoid vulnerability in adolescent amygdala. Within these broad themes, I investigate dopamine-mediated mechanisms of pathophysiology using behavioural, biochemical, and in vitro techniques.
