Tiina Maripuu MA, PhD Student

Tiina Maripuu is a first-year Ph.D. student at the University of Toronto Anthropology Department. Her MA Research Paper was a thematic analysis of grief in the medical records of the older adults diagnosed with Dementia. As part of her PhD, Tiina will be focusing on aging, palliative care and socio-emotional well-being of the elder individuals in Ontario. In parallel to the M.A. and Ph.D. Tiina has also enrolled into the Collaborative Specialization Program “Aging, Palliative Care and Supportive Care Across the Life Course” offered by Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work.
