Shelley O’Brien serves as Education Officer and Operations Lead at the University of Toronto Centre for the Study of Pain. Her scholarship and practice integrate critical and relational theory with arts-based inquiry to illuminate the interconnections between care, embodiment, and collaboration. Through initiatives such as Pain Week, she advances interprofessional curricula that link theory, research, and practice for systemic transformation in education and health care.
