I am a family physician from India who came to Toronto In September 2018 to join the Clinical Research Program at the University of Toronto. Currently I am involved in a study to understand the perceptions, knowledge and attitude of people with mood and anxiety disorders at CAMH. I got interested in the research for cannabis when I was working as a telemedicine assistant at True North Medical Centre before I joined the graduate program. It provides addiction medicine services to those who are facing substance use challenges. During this tenure, I had encountered many patients with cannabis use disorder and various symptoms.
