Heath Canada’s Request for Proposal (RFP) for Pharmacological testing of novel opioids, stimulants, and synthetic cannabinoids.
Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Pharmacological Testing for Novel Opioids, Stimulants, and Synthetic Cannabinoids in three (3) separate streams to Health Canada. Stream 1 – In vitro pharmacological testing of emerging opioids at the Mu Opioid Receptor (MOR). Stream 2 – In vitro pharmacological testing of novel synthetic cannabinoids and Stream 3 – In vitro pharmacological testing of stimulant compounds. Each stream will be evaluated separately, and bidders are to provide their submissions for one (1) stream, two (2) streams or all three (3) streams. Up to three (3) contracts may be awarded under this request for proposal.

La présente vise à vous informer de la demande de propositions (DP) de Santé Canada pour des tests pharmacologiques sur de nouveaux opioïdes, stimulants et cannabinoïdes synthétiques.
Le Canada sollicite des offres de la part de fournisseurs pour réaliser des tests pharmacologiques sur de nouveaux opioïdes, stimulants et cannabinoïdes synthétiques dans trois (3) volets distincts pour Santé Canada. Volet 1 – Évaluation in vitro de l’activité pharmacologique d’opioïdes émergents sur les récepteurs opioïdes mu (MOR). Volet 2 – Évaluation in vitro de l’activité pharmacologique de nouveaux cannabinoïdes synthétiques et Volet 3 – Évaluationin vitro de l’activité pharmacologique de composés stimulants. Chaque volet sera évalué séparément et les soumissionnaires peuvent présenter leurs propositions pour un (1) volet, deux (2) volets ou les trois (3) volets. Jusqu’à trois contrats peuvent être attribués dans le cadre de cette demande de proposition.
